All of our clients receive moving reservation confirmation emails which detail their move and exact rates you'll be charged for your move. Any additional costs for items such as packing materials must be "pre-approved" by our clients.

Note: "Double Drive Time" fees apply to all local moves in California pursuant to CA law PUC Regulations (this applies only to the distance any moving company travels between your initial pickup address to your final destination address) ie. 15 minutes of travel time is calculated as 30 minutes
WE DO NOT APPLY ANY ADDITIONAL "FUEL FEES" LIKE MANY OTHER MOVERS DO!!
The rates in your moving reservation confirmation include:
*Door-to-door service
*Time starts at your door & ends upon completion of your move
*Loading and unloading
*FREE disassembling and reassembling of your furniture if needed
*No extra charge for stairs, elevators or long carry
*FREE use of blankets for furniture wrapping protection
*FREE use of wardrobe boxes during move
*FREE use of moving equipment during move
*FREE basic cargo insurance as required by California Law
*All fuel, mileage, tax and tolls
*Guaranteed Move Date
*FRAGILE ITEMS & ELECTRONICS: In the event you do not have original packing materials or protective boxes originally used at time of purchase of high value electronic or fragile items, these items may require special packing by us in order to be safely moved and avoid potential liabilities resulting from possible damage during the moving/transporting process. Our number one priority is always the SAFE moving of all of your personal property and items.
IMPORTANT MOVING and RATE NOTES:
Hourly rates do not include cost of any packing materials used in your move
We are unable to transport any flammable materials including Propane Tanks
Please, have any moving boxes you have pre-packed labled, sealed and under 50lbs
